Terms of service (draft)
The service
Intake Efficiency is software that helps law firms reply to, qualify and follow up on new inquiries. Intake Efficiency is software, not a law firm, and does not give legal advice. Nothing the software produces is a legal opinion, and every decision about a matter stays with the firm.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly at the published price, month to month, with no setup fee. Text and WhatsApp messages above a plan’s included allowance are billed at cost plus a margin. [Notice period for cancellation and plan changes to be confirmed.]
Free trial
The free trial lasts 14 days, covers up to 50 leads and does not require a card. It ends without charge unless the firm chooses a plan.
The firm’s responsibilities
- Approving message templates, including any advertising labels its state requires.
- Collecting valid consent through the forms provided and not importing contacts without consent.
- Complying with the professional-conduct, advertising and messaging rules that apply to it.
- Reviewing AI-drafted replies before they are sent.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used to send messages to people who have not consented, or after they have opted out.
Data
The firm owns its data. We export it or delete it on request. See the privacy policy (draft).
Liability
[Limitation of liability, warranties, indemnities and governing law to be drafted by counsel.]
