How your data is protected
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Connections to the service use TLS. Stored data is encrypted at rest, and sensitive credentials such as your messaging keys are encrypted separately and never shown back in the app.
Each firm’s data isolated in the database
Isolation between firms is enforced by the database itself, with row-level security on every firm-scoped table, not only by application code. A query without a firm context returns nothing.
Role-based access
Lawyers, intake staff and administrators see and do only what their role allows. You decide who can change templates, settings and integrations.
An audit log of every action
Every message, every consent it relied on, and every change to settings and templates is recorded with who did it and when.
Export and deletion on request
Your firm’s data is yours. We export it on request, and delete it on request when you leave.
Legal questions stay with people
AI drafts are held for a person to approve, so nothing generated by a model reaches a prospective client unreviewed.
